By selecting "I Agree" below and submitting payment, I hereby agree to the following terms:
1) any photographs, electronic or otherwise, purchased in connection with this agreement are for my own personal use and are furnished by Thunder & Lightning, Inc. for that purpose alone;
2) any photographs, electronic or otherwise, purchased in connection with this agreement are not to reproduced except for my own personal use which specifically prohibits the use of these photographs in any commercial or business context whether for profit or not;
3) in purchasing any photographs, electronic or otherwise, in connection with this agreement, I agree to hold harmless Thunder & Lightning, Inc. for any use which may subject Thunder & Lightning, Inc. to any liability irrespective of the amount of monetary damages which may arise therefrom;
4) any photographs, electronic or otherwise, purchased in connection with this agreement are not to be redistributed to other parties;
5) That Thunder & Lightning, Inc. makes no warranty or representation as to the quality of any items that I purchase in this transaction except for the number of photographs which I will receive.

By selecting "I Agree" below and submitting payment, I hereby further affirm and certify as follows:
1) That the photos which I am purchasing are from an event which was either: a) open to the general public; or b) legally attended by myself;
2) That I am of an age whereby I may enter into a binding agreement in the State of Iowa;
3) That I am utilizing this service as provided by Thunder & Lightning, Inc. for the sole purpose of entertainment and personal enjoyment and within the terms and conditions as set forth in this agreement;
4) That I have read and agree with these terms and conditions and understand that I am entering into a binding legal agreement with respect to this purchase.
