If I request a price quote online or check a date, am I under any obligation to book my event with Thunder & Lightning?
No! We provide our online date check and price quote tools for your convenience in entertainment shopping. Although you will have the option of instantly booking your event, you are under no obligation to do so.

How do I know it's safe?
First and foremost Thunder & Lightning has been in business for over eight years, we are a reputable company who will gladly provide you with references from past clients. Also, to ensure that your payment info (credit card, checking info) is kept completely confidential, we utilize PayPal -- the largest and most reputable third party payment acceptance company. In fact, when you pay online, we never have access to your credit card info, only confirmation of your payment.

Do you accept credit card payments?
Absolutely! This is another advantage of using PayPal as our payment service, it is secure, instant, and they accept many different payment methods. You can pay by any major credit card, electronic check, or with your PayPal funds if you are already a PayPal account holder.

Why should I book online as opposed to booking over the phone or in person?
There are plenty of great reasons to book online but it really comes down to two things -- convenience and savings! We've spent a great deal of time developing our website so you can have access to Thunder & Lightning Sound and Lighting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We know that your time is valuable and we believe that we should work around YOUR schedule, not the other way around. In addition to the savings in time, you will save money by booking online with our online booking discount! Of course, if you would rather not use our online booking tools, we'll be glad to accommodate by telephone as well at (515) 255-3698!

If I book online will I ever talk to a real person?
Absolutely! Shortly after you submit your payment, a Thunder & Lightning representative will contact you about your event.

I don't want to receive any junk email, will this be a problem if I use the online booking tools?
Absolutely not! We will never rent or sell your email address so you won't have to worry about receiving junk mail as a result of using our site.

I'm unsure about using the online booking tools, but I still want to check a date and get a price quote, what should I do?

Once I request a price quote how can I book my event?
When you receive your price quote it will contain detailed information on booking your event. The information will explain exactly how you can book your event instantly using a major credit card, PayPal funds, or by electronic check

Why do I have to provide personal information like my name and email address?
In order to prevent abuse of our online tools, we have to take measures to ensure that they are only used for legitimate purposes. One of the ways that we do this is by only providing date check and price quote information to those with a valid email address. Rest assured that your information will not be provided to anyone outside of Thunder & Lightning Sound and Lighting.
